Minister of Public Security Sen. Lieut. Gen Luong Tam Quang delivered a call for enhanced regional cooperation against transnational crime, at the 18th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (AMMTC-18) held in Vientiane on August 28.
