Ha Long Bay in the northern province of Quang Ninh, one of the localities hardest hit by Typhoon Yagi, officially resumed normal operation of tourist boats on September 13, nearly a week after being ravaged by the typhoon. Tourism activities have gradually returned to normal in Ha Long thanks to efforts by the local authorities and residents during a 7-day campaign to address the aftermaths of the typhoon.
