Bangkok: "Anutin" has reiterated that the Khao Kradong issue will be handled strictly in accordance with government principles, emphasizing the separation of this matter from any political affiliations or conflicts. He stated that efforts to link the issue to political disputes should be avoided, confirming that no external influence will alter the legal proceedings. According to Thai News Agency, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul addressed the House of Representatives' Committee on Land, Natural Resources, and Environment regarding the Khao Kradong land dispute. He explained that he had instructed Mr. Songsak Thongsri, Deputy Minister of Interior, alongside the Director-General of the Land Department, to present necessary documents and evidence before the committee. This action underscores the government's commitment to transparency and adherence to official protocols. Anutin stressed that the matter is solely a legal and procedural issue, not a political one. He reiterated that no political power would interfere, influence, or suggest any course of action, as the issue is strictly within the remit of civil service procedures. His remarks aimed to dispel any concerns about political entanglement, firmly stating that the situation will not deviate from established legal and administrative frameworks. He assured the public that there is no need for concern over potential political connections, acknowledging that attempts have been made to associate the matter with political conflicts. He emphasized his awareness of such attempts and his determination to remain uninvolved in political disputes.
