The Justice Minister is ready for the DSI to accept the “Mother Tak” case as a special case.

The Minister of Justice is ready for the DSI to accept the 'Thong Mae Tak' case as a special case, indicating that the DSI has investigative channels that can expedite the tracking of assets, while the Justice Fund is ready to pay compensation to the families of those who lost loved ones in the bus fire case within 2 days. Pol. Col. Thawee Sodsong, Minister of Justice, said on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the Department of Special Investigation that he has given DSI a policy to emphasize crimes that are dangerous to society and way of life, especially online crimes, where criminals are increasingly developed. Therefore, laws and investigations must be kept up to date and compensation for victims must be increased. As for the Mae Tak gold case, in which many victims fell victim, the police are now taking action to bring the perpetrators to justice. However, this case may have to be a special case because the DSI has special legal channels that normal investigators may not have, such as having prose cutors join the investigation and case handling, which will speed up the case and allow the fraudulent assets to be returned to the victims more quickly. Pol. Col. Tawi also mentioned about helping victims of the school bus fire incident that within 2 days, the Ministry of Justice is ready to pay compensation to the deceased and injured victims and the Justice Fund is ready to send lawyers to help take care of legal issues for the bereaved families. They will also follow up on helping with debt problems for the bereaved families if any arise, because this loss also affects the entire community and the feelings of people throughout the country.
