According to Article 22 and Article 23 of the said regulations, the heirs of farmers who have been allocated land Must submit an application for the inheritance right in the ALRO land within 1 year from the death of the farmer who has been allocated the land. And in the transitional chapter of the regulation, it is stipulated that in case of death before the regulation comes into force (before July 16, 2021), heirs must apply for inheritance within 1 year or may be extended for a total of not more than 2 years. Since the regulation comes into force, the said period will complete 2 years according to the provisional chapter on July 15, 2023.
