Bangkok 21 Aug- Managing PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) sells cash and maple. In Australia, it is expected to be completed by this year.
Mr. Montri Lawanchaikul Chief Executive Officer PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on August 18, 2023, PTTEP Australasia (Ashmore Cartier) Pty Ltd (PTTEP AAA), a subsidiary of PTT, ONEP has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to sell all participating interests in the AC/RL7 concession block to INPEX Cash Maple Pty Ltd and TotalEnergies Exploration Australia Pty Ltd. PTTEP AAA holds a 100% interest in the block. % The trade will be valid upon fulfillment of the conditions specified in the trading contract. It is expected to be completed within 2016.
The AC/RL7 concession consists of the Cache and Maple blocks where natural gas and condensate have been discovered. but has not yet entered the development stage It is located offshore in the Timor Sea, north of Australia.
