Nong Fa Weng said that on the day of the incident He and his mother rode their motorcycles home. On the way, he came across a motorcycle that had overturned. and found the body of the injured person who was already receiving CPR, but it was CPR that was not done correctly from what he had been trained for. So he volunteered to help perform CPR on the injured person instead, taking his pulse and checking his breathing. Found that he was still breathing, he immediately resumed CPR, and shortly thereafter, an emergency ambulance arrived to pick up the injured person and transport him safely to the hospital.
