High School Students Data In Central Jakarta To Be Recorded For E-ID

Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-dept. plans to accelerate e-ID data collecting by visiting schools.

Central Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-dept. Head, Remon Mastadian said this year his side will focus to visit high schools and equivalent schools to collect data of students who will turn 17 years old by this year.

“We will record their data and save it. When they turn 17, they can get their e-ID cards by visiting local urban village,” he stated, Friday (1/4).

Central Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-dept. plans start this program by the end of January by visiting SMAN 1 and SMKN 1 Jakarta.

“This is our effort to give a better service to residents thus they can get their personal document as fast as possible. We can process it faster when we get their data earlier. Data collecting process will be also done more accurately, more realistically, and better,” he asserted.
